Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with established protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
- Document patient assessments and care plans in electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge plans
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license in good standing
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with experience considered
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
