Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations with rapid intervention
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and self-care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning opportunities
Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license (or compact license)
- ACLS/BLS certification required (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg)
- Graduation from accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
