Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and surgical services
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor vital signs with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and preventive care

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Illinois (required)
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (must be current or obtainable within 30 days)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience in hospital setting
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
