Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care via telehealth platforms and remote monitoring systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Provide clinical guidance and education to patients through virtual consultations
- Utilize advanced EHR systems for accurate documentation and care coordination
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while handling sensitive patient information remotely

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care or telehealth nursing experience
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and remote communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Epic EHR systems
