Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings with compassion and precision.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.

Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (or compact license with Ohio endorsement).
- ADN or BSN from accredited nursing program.
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg preferred).
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic experience a plus).
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
