Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and Oncology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize advanced telehealth technologies for remote patient monitoring and consultations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior nursing staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred for leadership roles)
- 2+ years clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS required for pediatrics)
- Proficiency with Epic EMR and telehealth platforms
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability for hybrid work environments
