Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care management
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety regulations, and HIPAA compliance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control measures
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact license with intent to obtain OK license)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with 2+ years of acute care experience considered
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
