Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with Mayo Clinic's evidence-based standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Educate patients and families on health management, prevention strategies, and treatment plans
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations with critical thinking and decisive action

Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (compact license accepted)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years acute care experience considered
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience in a hospital setting
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Demonstrated critical thinking and rapid assessment skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
