Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs and medical status.
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-care instructions, and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN License in the state of Arizona.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Nursing degree (Associate, Bachelor, or Diploma) from an accredited institution.
