Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients via telehealth and in-person consultations
- Monitor patient vitals and symptoms using advanced remote monitoring systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Educate patients on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Respond to emergency situations and escalate critical cases appropriately
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in District of Columbia
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote monitoring
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
