Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality telehealth nursing services to patients across the DC metro area
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Monitor and manage chronic conditions through remote monitoring platforms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Educate patients on health management and medication adherence
- Respond to patient inquiries and triage urgent situations appropriately
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the District of Columbia
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience with telehealth or virtual care platforms preferred
- Strong proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Valid DEA license for prescription management
