Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in assigned clinical units with precision and empathy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately in electronic health records
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions with critical thinking skills

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana with no disciplinary actions
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS/NRP for specialty units)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in acute care setting
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
