Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical examinations and reviewing medical histories.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by doctors, ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Monitor patients' conditions continuously and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies.
- Provide patient education and health counseling to promote recovery and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting (travel experience is a plus).
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
