Your Mission
You will provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients while adhering to the highest medical standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs and health changes.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in critical care situations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all state and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
