Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and clinical status, responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nevada.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
