Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through history taking, physical exams, and health screening.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive nursing plan of care based on physical and psychosocial needs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
