Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and monitor vital signs and patient conditions continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely using electronic health records (EHR).
- Respond swiftly and competently to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Provide clear education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and discharge instructions.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of California.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
