Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vital signs and document all observations accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge procedures
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Kentucky
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
