Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs under supervision.</li><li>Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.</li><li>Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records (EHR).</li><li>Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.</li><li>Educate patients and families on post-care instructions and health maintenance.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).</li><li>Active, unencumbered RN License in Kansas (or eligibility to obtain).</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (ACLS preferred).</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic hospital environment.</li><li>Demonstrated compassion and a strong desire to help others.</li></ul>
