Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute care settings under clinical supervision
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Participate in handoffs and patient safety initiatives
- Complete mandatory training and competency evaluations
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Nursing Program (ADN or BSN)
- Active California RN License (or eligible to sit for NCLEX)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
