Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care following evidence-based practices and hospital protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical observations accurately in EMR systems
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control standards at all times
- Participate in shift handovers and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee
- ADN or BSN degree from accredited nursing program (New graduates welcome!)
- BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency for EMR documentation
