Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document clinical observations and patient data in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Participate in shift handoffs and maintain patient safety standards
- Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance guidelines
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN required)
- Active Tennessee RN license or eligibility to obtain immediately
- Graduation from accredited nursing program within last 12 months
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments
