Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse units including Med/Surg, ICU, and ER
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Adhere to Joint Commission and Tennessee Board of Nursing standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required)
- Active RN license in Tennessee (or eligible)
- Pass NCLEX exam (or scheduled to take within 30 days)
- BLS certification (provided upon hire if needed)
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
