Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using electronic health records
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license (or eligible to obtain)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
