Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Monitor patient vital signs and promptly respond to changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and hospital infection control standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred, will be provided)
- Passing score on TEAS or HESI entrance exams
- Completion of clinical rotations in acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
