Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Implement patient education plans for recovery and disease management
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Participate in shift handoffs and care coordination
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active Oklahoma RN license or eligible to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
