Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Document patient information in electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active Pennsylvania RN license or eligible
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
