Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic hospital setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge plans
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Active North Carolina RN license (or eligible to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Completion of clinical rotations or nursing school graduation within 6 months
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
