Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during night shifts, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Monitor vital signs, respond to emergencies, and document patient progress accurately
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
