Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in hospital or clinical settings during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Respond to emergency situations with critical thinking and calm demeanor
- Mentor junior nursing staff and uphold safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Mexico
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates considered with experience)
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
