Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in emergency, ICU, and med-surg units during night shifts
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless patient handovers
- Respond to critical incidents and emergencies with calm professionalism
- Mentor junior staff and uphold hospital safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington state
- BSN degree (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care night shift experience
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Electronic health record proficiency (Epic preferred)
