Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care during the night shift.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to develop patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergent situations and utilize critical thinking skills.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, new graduates welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to patient safety.
