Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in our advanced 24/7 emergency department
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies using rapid intervention techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide patient education and family support during critical care situations
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication abilities in high-pressure situations
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (7pm-7am)
