Responsibilities
- Deliver critical patient care during overnight hours in our advanced ICU and ER units
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and respond to emergencies with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using cutting-edge telehealth technology
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Mentor new nurses and uphold our zero-compromise patient safety standards
- Participate in rapid-response protocols and code blue activations
- Implement evidence-based practices in high-pressure nocturnal settings
Qualifications
- Active NV RN license with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with 5+ years experience considered)
- Proven expertise in nocturnal care protocols and crisis management
- Advanced proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Ability to maintain composure during high-acuity situations
- Valid Nevada driver's license for emergency transport if needed
