Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and critical events
- Maintain accurate electronic health records documentation
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatments
- Supervise LPN/CNA staff and delegate tasks appropriately
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (night shift preferred)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing conditions
