Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care assessments and interventions during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations with clinical expertise
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia (or compact state)
- BSN degree with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proven night shift adaptability and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
