Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessments, interventions, and care documentation per hospital protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and patient safety focus
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and care plans
- Respond effectively to emergency situations using advanced life support skills
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and regulatory compliance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancements
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- BSN degree strongly preferred (ADN with 3+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Demonstrated proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities
