Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations in our state-of-the-art ICU and ER departments
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform diagnostic procedures with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in our electronic health records system
- Respond effectively to emergency situations using advanced life support protocols
- Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in night shift environments
- ACLS/BLS certification with current credentials
- Proven expertise in critical care and emergency nursing protocols
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
- Proficiency with Epic EMR systems
