Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and care plans during night shift rotations
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and hospital protocols
- Utilize advanced telemetry monitoring for critical care patients
- Provide patient/family education and discharge planning support
Qualifications
- Active WA State RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN or higher degree (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience (night shift preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Expertise in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and crisis management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
