Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced 12-hour night shift environment
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to detail
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to emergency situations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Mentor new nursing staff and uphold hospital safety protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin (WI)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- 1+ years recent acute care experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to thrive in autonomous night shift work environment
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
