Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care planning
- Monitor patient vitals and respond rapidly to emergency situations
- Maintain electronic health records with 100% compliance
- Mentor new nurses and uphold hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; TNCC/PALS preferred
- Minimum 1 year night shift experience in hospital setting
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to adapt to high-pressure overnight environments
