Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in ICU/ER units during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Document patient records with precision using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain infection control standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active WA RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years ICU/ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
