Responsibilities
- Assess & Monitor: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring of vital signs and patient conditions.
- Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with the rapid response team when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records and electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families about treatment plans, discharge instructions, and post-care.
Qualifications
- License: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, ICU/ER experience a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
