Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse on the night shift, you will provide high-quality patient care, monitor critical health metrics, and collaborate with a supportive medical team to ensure the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, responding immediately to any changes or emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure a safe and clean patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
