Responsibilities
- Provide remote patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment via telehealth platforms
- Monitor and interpret patient data from remote monitoring devices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Respond to emergency calls and triage critical situations remotely
- Conduct virtual patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license (compact license preferred)
- BSN degree with 2+ years clinical experience
