Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during night shifts in Tucson facilities
- Conduct remote telehealth consultations and patient monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient records using our EMR system with mobile access
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid response protocols
- Mentor junior staff through our peer support program
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license
- BSN or higher (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years clinical experience
- Telehealth certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS)
- Strong proficiency with EMR systems
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Flexibility for rotating weekend shifts
