Your Role
As a Registered Nurse on the night shift, you will be the first line of defense for our patients, ensuring safety and comfort during the overnight hours. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, empathetic, and ready to make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs throughout the night shift.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.
- Respond immediately to medical emergencies and critical patient needs.
- Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts.
