Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health and administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical incidents during the night shift.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care instructions.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in the State of Florida.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and flexible schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
