Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during night shifts in hospital or remote monitoring settings
- Utilize telehealth technologies for virtual patient assessments and consultations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all digital and in-person interactions
- Participate in flexible shift rotations to accommodate personal schedules
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote monitoring systems
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
- Ability to thrive in flexible, non-traditional work environments
