Your Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in our patient care team. Your duties will include:

- Assessing patient health needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and social workers to ensure holistic patient care.
- Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding diagnoses and care plans.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS and PALS may be required based on unit).
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards.
